The Markham House has stood across from Kellogg Park since 1903. It is commonly known
today as the Wilcox House, for the family that owned it from 1911 until 2000. Since the passing of Jack Wilcox,
this property once known as "Markham Park" has changed hands several times, but its 2.5 acres remain undeveloped.
Since this picture was taken in the summer of 2006, some work has been done to the portico.
